It is worth noting that our online refund and returns policy protects individual private customers that purchase goods or services from our business online, they do not apply to offline purchases or business-to-business purchases where our standard conditions of sale apply, these can be found by visiting the downloads section of our main website www.impulseautomation.co.uk.
For goods purchased online you have 14 calendar days from the date you received the item to notify us of your intention to return the item, you then have 14 calendar days to return the item to us, 28 calendar days in total. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, not tampered with and in the same condition that you received it, in its original product packaging with clean instructions (if provided), not made to order (out of stock product) or a custom made product. You are responsible for the satisfactory, appropriate packaging and protection of the item being returned.
Your item needs to be returned with proof of purchase, we recommend the original invoice. You will be notified upon receipt of the returned goods. They will be thoroughly inspected and we will notify you on the status of a refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 14 days, this may depend upon your card issuer's policies.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of the items to us. Our shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, not as described or doesn’t do what it’s supposed to. Consequential losses or charges will not be reimbursed. As standard all our products come with a 12 month warranty period, for items returned after the 28 day period, we reserve the right to repair or replace faulty items.
