Solenoid Operated Manifold Mounting Valves 15mm Width G1/8 Threaded Ports.
Within this section we show the 15mm wide solenoid controlled manifold valve with either a 2 x 3/2 way, a 5/2 way, or a 5/3 way valve configuration. Variations include single solenoid control with a spring return, or a double solenoid control with or without priority which overrides the signal from the opposite coil of the valve should two electrical signals occur at the same time.
We offer a 5/3 way double solenoid control valve with either all ports closed, all ports exhaust, or ports 2 and 4 pressurised central position. The 2 x 3/2 way valve are two independent electrically controlled 3/2 way valves incorporated into one valve body. The 3/2 way valves can be normally open, closed, or one normally open and one normally closed. All solenoid controlled valves are manufactured with coil override buttons as standard should manual switching of the valve for testing purposes be required.
The main body of the manifold valve is constructed using a light aluminium alloy providing strength and reliability and the end caps of a moulded hardened plastic material. The main outlet connection ports are G1/8 threaded offering flow rates of up to 800 l/min. Solenoid coils and connecting plugs are purchased separately, voltages offered are 12; 24; 48; 110V AC/DC or 230V AC, coils simply slide onto the brass stem, a threaded nut secures the coil in place, a wiring plug can then be connected.
